What a cracking time we had! On Tuesday 24th March the whole school, with hard boiled eggs in hand, made their annual pilgrimage to Brandon Hill for Pace Egging. The air of excitement was there for all to experience, as each class made their way to the start line and looked down at the finish line with one thought in their mind. Get the egg to the judges without it cracking.
The first round saw many casualties which were eyed eagerly by the circling seagulls. By the end of the 2nd round, including a very tricky concrete path to navigate, each class had one champion who made it through to the grand final.
A beautiful sunny day with lots of cheering and smiling faces. It was eggtraordinary.
